You will be given a tracker and have to make your way to Leeds in time to start the 50 mile race the following morning. Once you get to Leeds, you may not start again until 6am and cannot start after 9am. If you arrive early you may rest up before starting again. Your tracker will record your time of arrival and the resting time will not count against your race time. So you can wait before starting if you wish.
